Jason James, recording as YoungGlobal/Jbaby, started rapping as a teenager in Bainbridge, Ga. He was born on September 14, 1991 in a small city called Cairo, Ga. However, he discovered his interest in music at the age of seven. The music enhanced opportunities relating to his troubled childhood experiences of living with a single mother, sister, and two brothers. YoungGlobal/Jbaby father died at 48 years of age from a severe heart attack and he had become acquainted with his father two years ago. The thought of being without a father for all those years did not create any obstacles toward his rap career. He has constantly been rapping and now has progressed tremendously. It is up to me to stay focused so I can continue to make rap music a lifelong learning process.
YoungGlobal downloaded different software’s on his desktop computer in order to keep his rap music expanding. As an artist, he never once decided to give up on his talents. He utilized problem solving and critical thinking skills as a way to make the rap music sound encouraging to the youth and adults. My perspective is to venture out in the world make a difference for other people such as: the youth, homeless, elderly, and etc. Becoming in aspiring rapper and giving back to the communities is my entire purpose. YoungGlobal did not let any negative influences take control of his life; but instead he took the rap music on a whole new level of sharing positive outcomes. It is up to me to be a mentor and become a team leader to lead the world by my example. Dedication and hard work determines his strengths and weaknesses with his music because his perception is that mistakes are part of life and only I can correct them.
